Our Team

Our Master Barber, Elias, began his career as a hairstylist in Greece in 2011. In 2016, he relocated to London and had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most skilled Master Barbers in the hair industry. Eventually, he settled in Birmingham and established Ninety Degree with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional grooming experiences.

Megaela is the Customer Service Manager for Ninety Degree. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

First discovered this barber on a forum when I was searching for great scissor cuts around the Birmingham area, and found that many people praised Elias and this barbershop. After trying him out, I've been going back consistently for months. Cut is always impressive and the service they provide makes you feel welcome. The best value and in my opinion the best barber in Birmingham! Elias has never given me a bad haircut in fact the first time he cut my hair he was fixing a botched cut from a barber that is meant “to be one of the best in England” the whole 98 Degrees team really listen and the great styles they produce speak for themselves. 10/10 Experience, price and most importantly - RESULT!
I've been getting my beard fixed by my barber (Anna) for a while now and she is yet to disappoint.
Long before she worked at the 90 Degree Barber Shop I believe she use to trim the beards of King Leonidas and Kratos himself. Because that's exactly what it feels like to me.
Her precision, care, attention to detail and SKILL is UNMATCHED.
Even Zeus can't get a fade this clean.
Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is also VERY easy to talk to. She's calm, happy and a joy to be around.
Anna's work is fit for the highest and mightiest.
Literally, my jaw after a line up with Anna is sharper than a thousand katanas.
I would 1000000% recommend her services.

I have struggled with finding a good hairdresser for my short hair style as a woman over the years. After watching Elias cut my grandsons hair who is a regular client of his I thought I would book in. Elias is the best and most consistent barber I've been to. I've been going to him for about a year and a half, and he listens to exactly what you want executing perfectly every time (where other barbers might give you good trims followed by a shocker every now and then). I’ve lived in multiple cities at this point and I have never found a barber as good as Elias.

His attention to detail and his ability to take his time has left me feeling lost ever since I’ve left Birmingham.

I have been struggling to find a barber to provide a decent haircut to stand up to his marvellous work.

There's a reason why he has flawless 5 star reviews, it's because he's the best!
First time at 90Degrees today and I can honestly say it was the best barber experience I have ever had.
Everything from the consultation to the hair and beard trim, to the aftercare and face massage was simply perfect!
The end result was far better than what I thought could be achieved.
Book in advance to save dissapointment, by midday he was fully booked for the day! A testament to how good he really is.

Outstanding customer service, I was offered a drink of coffee or tea upon arrival by the assistant. Great attention to detail as you can tell he loves what he does, he puts pride into his work. Elias is a master barber, a gentleman and probably one of the most professional persons I’ve met.

Since moving to Birmingham Elias had sorted me out several times, he listens what you need, he provides you a very useful insight and he executes it in a very precise way. He pay attention to customer needs and this is something I’ve observed through the time not only with me but also with other customers. He is not afraid to invest time in consulting understanding the potential customer needs and helping you out with the look that you want to achieve.

And as a master he pay attention to the details: with the hair, the shape of your face, the vision of the look you have, the technique he will use, the premises, the tools, everything.

I never leave reviews, but like most have said, this place deserves one!

I'm new to Stirchley and had been looking for a new barber - I'm happy I picked 90 Degree. Elias and his partner are kind and welcoming, and the shop is clean, crisp with a very chilled atmosphere.

The service is great and Elias knows what he is doing. I didn't know what I wanted, but after discussing some ideas with Ellias and letting him do his thing, the finished result is fantastic!

All this might I add for an absolute bargain price! If I was to got to a City Centre barber it would have been double the price and no way could they have topped this service.

First I want to say how safe and secure my visit to 90 Degree Barber Shop was, it's Covid safe and secure in the Salon. This was my first visit to the Salon and I had a wonderful experience as had my hair cut by Ilias. He is amazing would highly recommend him. I've rarely felt comfortable having my haircut, but Elias made me feel extremely comfortable.

I never know what to ask for so I gave some rough preferences and trusted Elias to do his thing. It looks a hundred times better.

The room is nice, clean, bright and chilled. A nice break from the in/out hustle of most barbers.

Plus, free coffee and cake. Free delicious, home made cake. (Yes, really)

Go to 90degree. You won't regret it. 👌

Usually I never write a reviews but on this occasion I need to because the service I got was amazing and I am so happy with my haircut and the service!

As soon as you walk in the shop you feel welcome and the inside is lovely and very clean, good vibes and very chilled out. I have been looking for a good barber for a long time. My problem is when I go to other barbers they can never get the fade right or simply don't know how to style my hair. Soon as I sat in the seat I had a in depth consultation with Elias. Straight away I knew I was in safe hands. Honestly the service I got was amazing. It literally is a professional service for an amazing price. I have never been so happy with a haircut. Elias you are now my new barber!

I went with my girlfriend on Tuesday, I had a haircut and my girlfriend had hair colouring by Elias.
He is very professional, paying attention to details, we had a great time, great cut and colouring, lovely chat, good music and an amazing vibe.
